This policy explains the confirmed ways Circle City Corvette Club collects and manages information submitted through this website.
Email signup
When an email signup form is displayed, it invites you to “Leave your email for future Circle City Corvette Club updates.” The form asks for your email address and requires agreement to the consent statement: “I agree to receive email updates from Circle City Corvette Club.”
The signup process stores your email address, a duplicate-check hash, the signup time, the source page path without its query or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database and remain there until they are removed or an erasure request is processed.
Temporary anti-spam rate records use hashed network identifiers and are subject to periodic cleanup. This does not mean that hosting systems cannot log IP addresses.
The signup form collects interest in future updates. It does not indicate that an active email delivery service, confirmation process, unsubscribe feature, sending frequency, or schedule is currently in place.
Contact messages
If you contact Circle City Corvette Club, the message includes the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, and any attachments you send.
